Yoga-For-Men.com is operated by Ryan Hurst, a certified yoga instructor residing in Osaka, Japan. Ryan originally started out in Hatha yoga at a young age and eventually graduated to Prasara Body-Flow Yoga . He is currently a Faculty Head Coach Staff member with RMAXi.com certifying instructors around the world in Prasara BodyFlow Yoga and Circular Strength Training (CST).

About Yoga-For-Men.com

Ryan's goal is to bring more men to the yoga mat in order to help them improve their performance in sports and for the challenges and fun of real life. Yoga doesn't have to be about standing still in one particular pose, crammed into a gym full of people twisted and contorted like living pretzels. In fact, Ryan believes that yoga should be a fluid, moving practice that allows a guy to tap into his primal sense of body awareness and freedom of movement. Achieving this 'flow' in our yoga practice will ultimately prep us for flow in our sports, work, play and family life.

Ryan has appeared in numerous DVDs involving yoga, sports conditioning and martial arts. Ryan has two DVDs for yoga, Joint Wellness and Prasara Body-Flow Yoga Primer DVD . Along with Jarlo Ilano, M.P.T., Ryan also co-authored the book Prasara Body-Flow Yoga Primer available as a PDF download .
