Yoga For Spies

Not Your Typical Agent Of Exercise!

Yoga for spies, you say?
Well, how about a foreign diplomate?
One who travels a lot.  I mean, a lot!

Yoga For Men Spy Guy

Recently I was contacted by a particular individual who needed an exercise routine that kept him in good shape, helped with stress, and could be done in cramped quarters.  Basically, a yoga workout for men. Sounded like any world business traveler to me.  Only, this particular guy didn't quite seem the corporate type when I met for a consultation.  I have met with a few of these individuals while over here in Japan and although they do look like the average Joe there is a bit more to these John Doe- operatives than meets the eye. Not to get all 007 with you, but sometimes these people don't have the luxury of just popping down to the gym for a quick workout or a jog down the road.  Depending on where you are in the world it would be a bit risky and sometimes you only have a couple minutes to workout if at all.

Even if you aren't a secret agent you will definitely benefit from this yoga for spies workout.

As I mentioned above, this guy asked me to create a workout that not only can help a guy keep in shape but also allow him to calm his nerves when he's working at 100% all the time.  A real yoga for spies kinda workout. Which got me thinking.  Aren't a lot of us guys searching for a yoga workout for men just like that?  Not one that is going to cause more stress for us by having to fight traffic after work in order to make it to the gym.  Not one that has us rushing to the gym and fighting for a spot on the bench or in the squat rack.  While I do feel that lifting weights is beneficial and necessary for us guys, there are times when we need to take a break from all the pressure that working hard and under stressful situations can create.  We need to find a movement pattern that can help us break away from all of that and help get us back on track and back in tune with ourselves so we can be better and stronger for tomorrow.  That is ultimately why I created Yoga-For-Men.com in the first place. Getting back to James Bond, I started thinking about a full body yoga flow that could be done in a small space in minimal time.  One that would help my guy calm his nerves while at the same time stay lean.  It had to be a flow that covered the Six Ranges of Human Movement and one that would allow improvement with each and every time it was done.

What I came up with for this yoga for spies is a variation on one flow within the Prasara arsenal called FlowFit®. This is an incredible set of movements in itself and has improved the lives of hundreds if not thousands of people. This alone is a fabulous yoga workout for men.

Over the next few articles I will lay out the FlowFit® variation flow that I used to help the mysterious individual that requested my services.  I think that you will find that by using this flow your body will become better in tune with itself and you will find your senses sharpened and your nerves relaxing.  But not too much.  I wouldn't want you to miss the sound of the guy trying to sneak into your room.

In the mean time, if you have never heard of the incredible yoga workout for men called FlowFit® please click here and visit the store. After all, if I told you the FlowFit® series of movements for free here at Yoga-For-Men.com I might have to kill you.  ; )
